Guitarist Steve Hill, affectionately know as “Hurricane” Hill, came up in the San Francisco Bay Area. His mother was a jailer in the Oakland Women’s jail. He’s been on his own since he was 13 years old. Having played with the groups Funktuation, the A.F.E., Liquid Groove and many others, pays tribute to his ability and adamance. |
